Use to generously coat any meat or seafood of choice. For tender meats, use moderate heat on grill, stove top or BBQ and baste frequently. Also suitable for slow cooking on moderate heat. As a guide use the full pouch of marinade on meat for serving 5 people. For burger patties 3-5 minutes before they are fully cooked. For tofu, drain and marinate for at least 30 minutes before stir-fry.
