Sweet Curry Marinade – Perfect for meat, seafood or use as a sauce for chips
Generously coat any meat or seafood or use as a sauce for chips. For tender meats, cook on moderate heat using the frill, stovetop or BBQ. For slow-cook meats, cook gently in a covered pot on the stove top or oven. Baste frequently during cooking. Extra marinade can be added at the end of cooking to enhance the flavour.
