Honey Mint Rosemary Marinade – Delicious with lamb, beef & roast potato
Use to generously coat lamb steaks, chops or roasts. For chops and steaks, cook on moderate heat using the grill, stovetop or BBQ. Baste frequently during cooking. For roasts, cook in a covered casserole dish at moderate heat in the oven or in a slow cooker. As a guide use a full pouch of marinade on meat for serving 5 people. For roast potatoes, pour the marinade over the potatoes 3-5 minutes before they are fully cooked.
