We’re looking for a Qualified or Experienced Butcher who takes pride in their trade and has a passion for traditional butchery.

Key duties:

• Carcass breakdown

• Preparing quality cuts

• Customer service

• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• Working efficiently in a busy environment

We’re looking for someone with:

• Butchery qualifications or relevant experience

• Excellent knife skills

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Great customer service skills

• Good physical fitness and stamina

• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality

• Flexibility and a willingness to learn

NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa required.
